Looking for an affordable, professional space for your business, program or community offering? Vines Road Community Centre has 10 versatile rooms available for hire in a well-equipped corporate setting, including a large Hall, commercial kitchen (unregistered), computer room, classroom with 100-inch TV, fitness room, wellness room, and more.
Our low-cost hire rates are designed to encourage community use and support local services, businesses and events. When you hire with VRCC, you’re also making a philanthropic choice – Neighbourhood Houses receive limited funding, so venue hire is our only source of income and directly helps us remain open for the community.
We also provide strong local area marketing support at no extra cost, promoting your business or event across our social media, website, What’s On guide, posters and flyers. With 70+ programs and activities, 24 VRCC supported programs, and over 2,000 visitors each week, your offering gains valuable local exposure.

Please note: Public Liability Insurance is required for all bookings, and we maintain a strict no parties / no personal hire policy. Our Centre is staffed Monday to Friday, 9am–2pm, with approved hirers issued security access outside staffed hours. Venue hire is offered subject to availability, and existing regular bookings will not be displaced for casual hire requests. All hirers are responsible for their own room set-up, pack-down, cleaning and catering requirements.
