1. Is The Event Bible free to search venues and vendors?

Yes! The Event Bible is completely free to search all the businesses that have built their online profile.  You can search all listed event venues and vendors, shortlist your favourites and contact them directly.

We are here to provide you with a comprehensive, unbiased list of fantastic Australian event businesses.

2. Does The Event Bible offer venue or vendor deals?

Most of the venues and vendors do offer a great deal if you book via The Event Bible.  This offer is listed on behalf of the business and is clearly outlined at the bottom of their profile page. 

If you would like to redeem the offer listed on a business profile, simply mention the offer to the venue or vendor contact when you speak with the business directly.

3. What makes The Event Bible different from other directory sites?

  • We also list our favourite directories, marketplaces and podcasts.  We want to provide a thorough and comprehensive look at what is available to help you plan epic events!

4. How do I book a venue or vendor listed on The Event Bible?

5. What if I need some help booking venues, vendors or with the event management process?

Firstly, check out The Event Bible blog, there are plenty of articles written that could answer your question(s).  Secondly, go to the Toolkit and peruse the tools on offer – you may find it helpful to purchase one of our very detailed kits, guides , e-books or perhaps book in a phone consultation with our event management team.

6. Who can list their business on The Event Bible?

Any Australian event business can build a profile on The Event Bible.  However, to ensure there is quality control, every single profile and any amendments made to profiles are approved by our administration team before they go live on the website.

7. How do I decide what venue or vendor is right for me?

This can be a personal choice however to help you work out what best suits your needs please read through the Blog – we have written a number of articles that cover this topic.  The Event Bible e-books are also a fantastic guide when it comes to the complete event management process.  These e-books will walk you through every step of the event planning process, while also providing helpful tips and advice.

8. I have purchased a Toolkit pack, however I cannot open it…

The files are in working PDF and Excel format.  So please ensure you have relevant software on your computer to view such formats.

9. Can I get a refund for any of the Toolkit items?

The toolkit items are amazing. They are incredibly detailed and helpful when it comes to managing an epic event.  Due to the nature of the purchase, you cannot refund these items.  So please ensure you read the inclusions in all the kits, guides and e-books to ensure you are purchasing the correct pack.  Please also ensure your computer has the capability to view Excel and PDF documents.

10. What are the cancellation policies for the Phone Consultations?

We understand that at times you may need to cancel appointments. If a user has successfully made contact with The Event Bible more than 48 hours prior to a scheduled Phone Consultation to cancel their appointment – a full refund will be offered. No refund will be offered otherwise, we will however work with you to reschedule your appointment for a time that suits.

11. Do you require a deposit for any toolkits, e-books or phone consultations?

No deposits are required. All items are paid in full when you purchased from the Shop.

12. Do we have to use The Event Bible venues and vendors?

Absolutely not, this website has been created to help you find the venues & vendors that may be right for your event. There is no obligation to book with any business on The Event Bible.
