Sip, Swig and Swallow offers a full bar service delivered right to your event location. Joan is a replica 1950’s vintage caravan, who is the perfect blank canvas for your next event. Not only is she a fully functioning bar, she also has a commercial coffee machine onboard.
Our packages are BYO – meaning you supply the alcohol (saving you money) and we bring everything else to keep you guests hydrated. Standard inclusions with all our packages are; RSA certified staff; glassware and all bar equipment including ice and garnishes, napkins & ice buckets; personalised bar menus and decorations.
We also have a selection of items which can be added to any package including standalone bars, lawn games and a champagne wall.
We have a range of standard packages, but are more than happy to tailor a bespoke package. Want signature cocktails – no problem, a special garnish (we love them), Tea & Coffee – we can do that too!
While we are based in Canberra, we love a road trip and can often be found roaming around regional and country NSW, the South Coast, Blue Mountains and just about anywhere in between.

You’ll find a stack of white mobile bars and many with that vintage vibe, but Joan is one of a kind. All black – dramatic, sophisticated and can be dressed up or down to suit the event. Our van can either blend perfectly into the background or be the star of the show. We are also an indigenous owned family business and were possible we like to showcase native ingredients in our beverage service. Why have an Espresso Martini when you can have a Wattleseed Espresso Martini.
