The Hoi Polloi is for the common people (seriously, look the name up). We are the ultimate creative hub housed in the iconic Younghusband Woolstore, just 4km from the Melbourne CBD.

We consider ourselves ‘Melbourne’ in every sense of the word – think industrial warehouse vibes – exposed steel beams, graffiti walls, laneway access, indoor plant-haven and outdoor veggie garden. We have some seriously big spaces available, with a massive fully licensed beer garden and fully equipped kitchen.
