Cloud Nine Global is Australia’s premium gifting agency and we work with our clients to create bespoke sustainably-made gifts for conferences and events, incentive travel, staff and clients, seasonal occasions and so much more.

We only work with Australian suppliers using their beautiful products to make our gift creations. We’re a small business and incredibly proud of the SMB network we’ve created and support.

Think of us as your secret weapon. We’ll do all the hard work (from sourcing just to right items, to packing them up, wrapping them beautifully and delivering them) and you can take ALL the credit. The Cloud Nine story

So how did we come to be gifting specialists? Good question. 

After 17 years in the corporate world in senior management roles for companies such as Foxtel, TEG, Sydney FC and MGM Home Entertainment, I gathered up my extensive sales and marketing experience and took the leap into entrepreneurship, when I launched Cloud Nine in January 2018 with my sister Ali, a travel writer and content strategist who lives in France. 

In the beginning, we focused purely on travel. As enthusiastic travellers ourselves, we believed we could make the experience better, especially for corporate frequent flyers. So we created a range of handy amenity packs for travelling on planes and arriving at hotels. 

When covid threw a spanner in the works for international travel, we started pivoting. And we discovered a new variation on our passion: not only do we love making people happy when they travel, we love delighting people through gifting.

Our mission is to keep searching until we find the perfect gift solution for you, and we’re renowned for creating gifts that stand out from the crowd. We’ll find special treats to include in your gift bundles that you might never have thought of or found. We do memorable things like working with our amazing suppliers to create totally bespoke products to include in your gift packs, such as a signature candle scent with your logo on the packaging (definitely a gift with a lot of ‘wow’ factor). We take ‘surprise and delight’ to a whole new level. 

But it doesn’t stop there – we also put a lot of thought and effort into presentation, because the experience of receiving a gift begins the moment you lay your eyes on it. So all of our gifts are wrapped with Australian designed and made wrapping paper, and we can even include a personalised branded card and ribbon branded with your logo. 

We can deliver gifts either to you, directly to your gift recipient or even to your event, where we can also organise distribution. Whatever you need, we’ll make it happen!

So how exactly does Cloud Nine work?

I’m glad you asked. The process is simple: 

  1. First we ask you for a simple brief: Who are the gifts for? What’s the occasion? What’s your timeline? Any special details?
  2. We’ll then either suggest a suitable gift option from our online store, or we’ll create something completely bespoke and personalised. We can include your own branded products in any gift bundle we create.
  3. You then pick your favourite gifting solution or we’ll tweak any of the options until it’s just right.
  4. We create the gifts, wrap them beautifully and distribute them either to you, your venue or directly to the recipients.
  5. You enjoy the compliments and become known for giving incredibly thoughtful gifts!
